Sports trainers fitting advice

Home: 1. Make sure the trainer is designed for that specific sport. For example trainers for skateboarding have a flat sole, and would not be ideal for athletics. 2. When going for a fitting, use the socks you intend to wear with them. 3. Check the new shoe sits level on the ground, is not defected and expands only when you bend your toes. 4. Also worth bringing any inserts you use with you for a fitting. 5. Otherwise you may run into discomfort because the toe will be continually pressured. 6. Buying online can be problematic. Most retailers like Reebok, Nike and Adidas do not stick to standardised regulations. Adidias for example are usually smaller than the size suggests. 7. Feet swell during the day to it's better to try shoes on in the afternoon or evening.
